Vendor Agreement

Creating a vendor profile lists your business on the Platform and makes you eligible to receive briefs matching your service categories and city. Listing is free in the current version. A listing is not an endorsement, partnership, or employment relationship — you remain a fully independent business responsible for your own services, pricing, taxes, licenses, and legal compliance.

The Platform does not guarantee any volume of briefs, proposals, awards, or revenue. Brief matching is based on your selected categories and city; whether Buyers award your proposals is entirely their decision.

Vendor tiers (New Vendor, Verified Vendor, Elite Partner) are calculated automatically from real order data: completed order count, average public rating, and dispute rate. Current thresholds: Verified Vendor requires 3+ completed orders with an average rating of 4.0 or higher; Elite Partner requires 15+ completed orders, an average rating of 4.5 or higher, and a dispute rate below 5%. Thresholds may be tuned as the marketplace matures. Tiers cannot be purchased or manually assigned.

The Verified badge is granted after our team manually reviews your commercial registration / business license. It confirms document review only — it is not a guarantee of service quality.

Submit honest proposals you can deliver. Do not share contact details before award, solicit off-platform deals to avoid Platform rules, farm reviews, or misrepresent your work. Mark orders started and confirm completion truthfully — the mutual-confirmation system exists to keep reviews trustworthy for everyone, including you.

If a Buyer disputes an order, a Platform administrator reviews evidence from both sides and issues a final determination on the order's Platform status (completed or unconfirmed). This determination affects Platform records only — order status, review eligibility, and tier calculation. It is not a legal arbitration and does not limit either party's legal rights.

This Agreement supplements the Terms of Service, which apply to all users. Where they conflict for vendor-specific matters, this Agreement controls.
