Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Who we are
Aunwan ("the Platform") connects event organizers ("Buyers") with independent service providers ("Vendors") for event and exhibition services across the GCC region.
2. The Platform is a pure intermediary
The Platform is a neutral venue only. We are not a party to any agreement between a Buyer and a Vendor. We do not deliver, supervise, guarantee, insure, or otherwise participate in any service arranged through the Platform. Vendors are independent businesses — they are not our employees, agents, partners, or subcontractors.
We are not liable for service delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform bears no liability for vendor no-shows, delays, defects, quality issues, property damage, personal injury, or any other loss arising from services arranged through the Platform. Any claim regarding a service lies solely between the Buyer and the Vendor.
3. No payment processing
The Platform does not process, hold, or transfer payments. All payment arrangements are made directly between Buyer and Vendor. We never ask for payment credentials, and any request to pay "through the Platform" is fraudulent.
4. Accounts and conduct
You must provide accurate information at signup and keep your account secure. You may not post false briefs or proposals, misrepresent your business, farm reviews, harass other users, or attempt to move transactions off-platform to circumvent Platform rules. Contact details remain hidden until a proposal is awarded; attempting to share contact information before award may lead to content removal or account suspension.
5. Order confirmation and reviews
Orders complete when both parties confirm. Reviews unlock only after mutual completion — they are tied to real transactions. If parties disagree, either side may open a dispute; a Platform administrator reviews the evidence and issues a final determination on the order's Platform status. This determination affects Platform records only (order status, review eligibility, vendor tier) — it is not an arbitration of legal rights, and it does not affect either party's legal remedies against the other.
6. Content
You retain rights in content you upload (portfolios, briefs, attachments) and grant the Platform a license to display it for Platform purposes. You must have the rights to anything you upload.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or create legal risk for the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
