Privacy Policy

Account data (name, email, phone, role), profile data (business details, city, categories, portfolio images, CR number for verification), transaction data (briefs, proposals, orders, reviews, disputes, messages), and basic usage data needed to operate the Platform.

To operate the marketplace: matching briefs to vendors, displaying profiles, powering proposals and orders, sending notifications (in-app and WhatsApp where enabled), verifying businesses, resolving disputes, and improving the Platform. Private structured feedback is used internally for quality and future matching — it is never displayed publicly.

Vendors see brief details but not Buyer contact details until award. Buyers see Vendor business profiles but not contact details until award. After award, contact details are revealed to the two parties on that order only. Public reviews display your display name or company name.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the Platform (hosting, file storage, WhatsApp delivery via a Meta-approved provider) and where required by law.

Transaction records (orders, reviews, disputes) are retained to preserve marketplace integrity. You may request account deletion; we will remove personal data not required for legal or dispute-resolution purposes.

Passwords are hashed, transport is encrypted, and access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected issues via the Contact page.
