How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Listing, receiving briefs, and submitting proposals are all free. We never take a cut of your deal and never touch the payment.
How do I get the Verified badge?
Upload your Commercial Registration (CR) or trade licence from your profile. Our team reviews it, typically within 2 business days, and the badge appears across the marketplace.
How do buyers choose a vendor?
They compare structured proposals side by side: price, timeline, your rating, response time, and portfolio. Clear, complete proposals win.
When do buyers see my phone number?
Only after they award you the brief. Before that, all communication happens on the platform, which protects your quote from being shopped around.
What areas can I serve?
Aunwan covers all six GCC countries. You receive briefs matching your city and categories; multi-city service areas are on our roadmap.
What if something goes wrong with an order?
Either side can open a dispute with evidence. Our team reviews the full order record and rules fairly. Reviews found to breach our terms can be hidden, and the ruling is recorded on the order. We are an intermediary: we do not hold funds and cannot compensate either side for a loss.
